100 Days of Gratitude - Day Ten - iPad

I'm grateful for my iPad.

I know, it's a bit dorky, but I'm really loving this wonderful device - especially when I'm on the road.

It's my entertainment center.

• music
• audiobooks
• games
• Internet

It's my link to the world.

• e-mail
• internet
• Twitter
• Facebook

It's even how I get work done on the road

• e-mail (again)
• spreadsheets to track expenses
• access to my desktop computer or any of our Game Show computers for tech support
• writing
• blogging (many of these posts have been done from the iPad)
• keep track of my calendar
• demonstrate and share what we do via Keynote presentations.
• Remotely control our game show software.

I thought it was just a glorified iPhone when I first saw them, but after having one for several months it is an indispensible tool for both my personal and business life.

I love my iPad enough that I bought one for Kim, one for our Game Show Technician Emma and even paid for 1/2 of our Game Show host's so he'd have one too!
