100 Days of Gratitude - Day Eighteen - Pharmaceutical Companies

Today I'm grateful for Pharmaceutical companies. Most of all, for the products they create.

Living in Central Texas, on 5 acres of Cedar Trees, and being allergic to cedar - this time of year I'm really glad for Flonase, Claritin, Fexofenadine and other allergy medicines. As an arthritis sufferer since my mid 20's, I'm grateful for all of the medicines that have helped me keep the pain mostly under control for the past 20 years.

These companies take a beating from politicians, the media and individuals - but without them, we'd all be wishing someone could do something about what ails us. Even those who complain about drug companies take something when they have a headache. That something was made by the very companies they're complaining about.

Thank you Pharmaceutical companies. I appreciate what you do to make the quality of life better for everyone.
